Städtische Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Friedrichshafen (SWG) lets and manages around 1,300 rental flats and commercial space, develops new construction projects, modernises existing properties and offers a comprehensive tenant service. The aim is to create affordable living space, design liveable neighbourhoods and implement sustainable solutions for Friedrichshafen and the region.
